OR/WA Water Year 2023 Recap and 2024 Outlook Meeting

November 1-2, 2023

The NOAA NIDIS-sponsored Oregon-Washington Water Year 2023 Recap and 2024 Outlook Meeting was a virtual workshop held over two mornings to review the climate events, impacts of, and responses to the 2023 water year, provide forecast information for the upcoming water year, and learn about other forecast and planning efforts for drought and climate.
